Physical Products
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened and in original packaging, including all accessories.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or damaged items not caused by us
Refunds (Products)
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Services
Service Cancellations
Services may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be non-refundable.
Refunds for Services
Completed or partially completed services are non-refundable.
